I in no way, shape or form advocate the skinning alive of animals for fur. It’s not even necessary in this day and age… Just fake it! I know Mary J. Blige, Kimora and possibly Kelly are certainly not faking. Some poor fox suffered for that wrap on Mary’s shoulders. And look at the pic of the Queen… :(

I think fake fur can look just as elegant and glamorous as the real thing, plus you don’t have to sleep with one eye open worrying if that was PETA you heard outside your window (them folks are serious with the cause!) So this winter faking it is good… See below for the goods.

Beyonce’s ‘Rabbit Fur Vest’ by Dereon is the only item I wasn’t sure about… Do they kill rabbits to acquire fur? I hope not; I can’t believe she would do that. Rest assured that everything else is ‘faux fur.’ And my personal favorite? The earmuffs… Who could resist you in those earmuffs?!!

This dress comes in sizes 14 to 28. I think it already has a belt but if you want to accentuate your waist, add a medium to thin sized belt like the one above. Patent is so in right now, so pair the dress with this cute patent clutch and pumps (love the leopard print insoles). Don’t forget to add tights!

Garcelle usually gets it right, but she missed the mark this time. I’ve always disliked dresses with hems like this one, why does it rise in the middle? And what is going on in at the back of this dress anyway? Secondly, her breasts need a lot more support. And lastly the hair isn’t flattering at all. It looks like she really didn’t care, which is a shame because her makeup is flawless… Nay upon NAY!
