Winning!  Been wanting a vest for a while, but could never find one with the right measurements/that fit right.  Since this is a tie waist, it has to fit no matter what.  I think nyex's rag & bone vest was tie too.  Used my paypal groupon, so I'll consider this bought at $7 for our savings list.  Google'd around and found this retailed at $136 at bcbg.com, at one point.  Not one of my most practical or useful buys, but for $7, what the hey.

A -- 4/21/11:  Matching vests!  I have the exact same vest, BCBG "Nelly", except mine is all black, bought at a BCBG store in Kansas City Thanksgiving 2006.  Ahh memories.

Posted a pic of the tag because it shows the pattern up close.  Doubt this'll stay low; but I want a vest; I like theory; pattern is not bad; and this looks well fitted.  Max at $15 since S&H is $5ish; I don't think such a small piece of cloth should be worth more than $20, although this is NWT.  Meaning, I prob won't get it because my max is unrsbl.

A -- 1/31/11: Big fat NO on this T!!  I realize it is a "cotton elastane blend", but it looks like a jean/denim vest, which, let's face it, NOBODY can pull off.  Total fail.

 I like the long shagginess of the fauxfur here, and it's a good color I think.  Iono, I just want a freaking fur-ish vest already, and the price is right, altho it kinda bothers me that the shipping is more than the *current* bid.  This would look good both cas (w/jeans) and a lil more glammed up (w/leggings, or a short skirt, or my nonexistent leather pants). 

T, 11/16/10:  Agreed with everything you said -- good color, no weird dangling legs/feet on the bottom.  Only, no faux!  Get the real deal, esp if S&H is going to cost that much!

Seems like the cheapest you can get a decent fur vest on ebay is about $100 total, from Asia (these are from Beijing).  What do you think, close enough to the lookbook inspiration?  I wish a freaking vest weren't so expensive though...

T, 11/10/10:  The "strings" hanging at the bottom of the vest, I'm assuming, are the the animal's legs/feet, right?  If not, that's what it conjures.  It looks kind of creepy.  Maybe you can cut it?  Otherwise, yeah, it fits with the look you're going for!  And I bet it's warm . . .
