Showed you think before - it's pretty and leopardyetclassy, but some downsides.  Description says there are some slight "picks" in the fabric that can't be picked up by the camera, that worries me, since it's silk.  Also, I'm wary of getting leopard stuff, I kind of just want the coat, wasn't really wanting/planning on anything else.  This is so much a "nighttime" top, I dono how much wear I'd get out of it.  Altho I guess at that price, it doesn't matter as much.  I wish it were $20 including shipping.

T, 10/18/10: Like!  Can definitely wear it as a day top!  It's not trashy, lol.  My uber old express silk top (gosh, prob 6-7yrs old now?) has picks in it too (it's also 100% silk), and sometimes it bothers me, but no one can see . . .

I've shown this to you before too...it is "New with Defects" - a stain on the back neck area, which is supposed to be that last picture.  I emailed and asked for a better/less bright pic to better see the stain, but they said they don't have one.  What do you think?  This was on my Shopbop Hearts list for a while but it never went on sale enough for me to get it.  I love ruffly/flowy versions of the white buttondown, and I totally want some loose silk shirts, but I'm also a lil uncertain on sizing.  Do you think they pinned it on the mannequin?  How does a size 10 have a 32" bust?  The price is so good, I'm a lil afraid the stain is way crazy and they just lit it so much that you can't tell.

T, 10/18/18:  don't think it's pinned if they photographed the back and it's not.  Hair might cover stain, but stains bother me even if no one can see (e.g. my blk dvf with off white crusty white glue stains on the inside seam of my sleeve that no one can see but me).  Price is so good, I'd almost say go for it, but I'm scared if it's crappy you'll blame me for encouraging, lol.

Kind of uncertain on the color, looks really nice in pic but may make me look a lil washed out.  Like the diff draping and cutouts, and light shimmer, hopefully it will look nicely draped on, and not sloppy.  Also, I always seem to really like RR stuff and never get it!  This is very much NOT TEC tho, so iono if it is a step backwards.  Max?

T, 10/18/10:  Lurve!  Color is nice too -- ppl shouldn't be so afraid of skin tone clothing; it's hot!  Def not sloppy; looks delicate/feminine/rockstar.  Let's see, since item is actually ending pretty soon, and it's only at $27 -- maybe $50?  My max tends to be higher though for certain things, so maybe for you, $45?  Haha, dunno!

This is definitely a step backwards in the TEC department, but it is so pretty w/the sparkles and the cashmere.  Those are two of my favorite things btw.  Would rather it be around $30 though, given my rather extreme lack of need for it.  Wait and hope for no bidders?  I guess if someone actually bids the $49.99, I'm not gonna get it.  Why am I posting this then...

T, 10/18/10:  sure quality is good, but looks grandma (maybe it's the beading), even though the wrap factor is trying to young it up.  Sparkles look like broach barf, or a kid's elem school proj with uneven glitter clumps because s/he can't squeeze glue evenly.  Pass . . .

So this is pricy, and I'm hoping it'll end w/o a bidder and the seller will relist at lower/be open to negotiation.   Not sure what my max should be tho, bc altho the leather adds a twist, and I love RR, the length seems to make it a workskirt, which excites me to no degree.  Really, NO degree of excitement at the prospect of wearing something to work.  I wanna say yah I'll wear it outside of work, but really, who rocks a kneelength pencil skirt on their nights off?

T, 10/17/10: Haha, mm, the only "exciting" thing about this skirt is the black landing strip of leather.  Without it, it's indistinguishable from any other black pencil skirt, which you could get on eBay for a lot less, in an equal or better brand.  Don't think the landing strip is worth the extra money; wouldn't offer more than $50, and that's being generous.
