YAY!!!!!  Finally bought a Theory fur, after so many posted on this blog!!  And even better, I am going to pick it up from her in Tribeca tmw, so I will be saving the shipping cost, which means this one is the cheapest of all the Theory fur jackets I've posted on here!  Originally bid w/about 30 seconds left when the last bid was $45.00, so I bid $60.00.  Was immediately outbid, so I upped it to $70.00, and the auction ended.  I think it may partly be bc of the crappy pics, but it looks like the exact same style as the brown one from earlier in the blog that ended up selling for $88 w/shipping (I will figure out how to link it).  Crossing my fingers that it looks/feels good in person!!  I think if this works out, I will stop w/the fur obsession for a while at least, now that I will have both a dark and a light one.  Maybe the mink will just have to wait for a while, I'm not too sad about it.

T, 12/12/10:  CONGRATS!!!!!  This purchase proves several VERY important points, including:  (1) maybe we shouldn't up our maxes; (2) the blog is awesome because it helps us keep track of past selling prices; (3) bad pics = win; and (4) the right item will come along!  Ahh, can't wait to hear about this tmw. :)

A -- 12/12/10: OMG I LOVE IT!  Fur SO nice, the black is just lovely, and FINALLY a nonbulky fur!!!  Cannot wait to wear - but where to wear?!!  Ironically, today was unseasonably warm, I even had to come home to change jackets bc the one I was wearing was too hot.  Esp since I am going home on Wednesday, I guess this will have to wait until next year =(

btw, when I got to the seller's building, she had said to ring #3.  I looked at the buzzer and realized that each number was it's OWN FLOOR.  As in, ring 1 for first floor, 2 for second floor, 3 for THE ENTIRE THIRD FLOOR.  God how freaking rich must she be, I guess uberrich to have bought this thing prolly retail right?  She had a British accent, def at least in her 30s...sigh...
