Ever since I read that article about how "all" the girls in NY were scrummaging through vtg shops in search for real vtg DVFs (not reissues), I had to have one.  Because I'm a sheep.  Been watching this one for a while -- started off at $115 Buy It Now; went down to $105 Buy It Now; and now this.  I previously offered the seller $70, which s/he nicely refused.  I always said I'd buy a vtg DVF for $100, but now, after staring/pining/wanting/asking/begging/looking for one for so long, the excitement has kind of waned.  Not sure if I'll bid . . . maybe I'll just keep waiting for it to drop.

A -- 10/30/10: Yah, not loving this one.  Usually I am always a fan of floral on black, but something about this just rubs me the wrong way.  I'd pass, but it's a little hard to factor in the degree of your love for dvfvintage!

So what that I've spent hundreds in the past couple of months -- I've waited long and hard for this (that's what she said).  Bet seller is wishing s/he took my $70 offer a while ago.  Muchos grassyass to the blog for keeping track of that!  $50 max, now that I'm poor, I think.

A -- 1/20/11: Aaaanndd nothing has changed since I last viewed this dress.  Maybe it's the size/density/orderliness of the floral, it's giving off that littlehouse/butterchurning vibe.  Thumbsdown!
