Actually, the PPD was positive due to the BCG vaccination. I have heard so many cases that show positive PPD due to the BCG vaccination.
Until 2008, the USCIS was fine with the X Ray clear after the PPD is positive. That has changed and now they need the size of the induration of the test. I don't have the documentation with me right now.
I agree with you that health is wealth and treatment should be taken (if needed). But, I do want to take un-necessary medicine. I don't have any issue with my health. I have been in the US for 12 years now and have no active symptoms of TB. What is the point in trying to the route where you are NOT needed to?

1. If my labor from my previous employer (A) is approved (which in my case)
2. If my I140 from employer (A) is approved before September 2010 (Actually it will be filed in two weeks from now)

H1B transfer has nothing to do with your Labor or I-140 approval. The "transfer" is really like a new H1B application and will be treated as such. The I-140 approval comes into play only if you are past 6 years of your H1B, which you are not.

I talked to Murthy about the same code but they replied that it is ok if the codes are different but the job duties matter which determine the code.

can IV focus on this...instead of the recapture?
am just being practical.. we cant expect any meaningful immi reforms anytime soon..and with holidays approaching.. little hope for this year.. so anything that can bring abt temporary relief should be taken up!
I don't think it is advisable.. my reason is getting EAD cards on time... if they open the floodgates again... alot of folks will have problems in getting their EADs on time.. More than once we almost missed deadline by under 3-5 days...

I have my I-140 approved in EB2 category (applied in Feb 06), at present

Incrementally the waiting game is being reduced by incorporating premium processing for H1-B, Labor and lately I-140. Why not for I-485?

While the thread was started on a light note, I think this is a serious topic.
Most of the people in the developed (and increasingly in the developing) countries are over-weight. I believe people are over weight, because they are not eating good food. People just follow the latest fad (in India this is oatmeal, soybeans etc. for now).
I have successfully managed my weight below 24 BMI for almost a decade now by eating good food. The key is "moderation" and eat unprocessed food as much as possible.
If you have to choose between whole milk and fat free milk, choose whole milk. If you have to choose between red rice and white rice, choose red rice. If you drink, do not drink the cheapest variety. Go for Blue label or Hennessey and drink just a peg a week. Go and eat the most expensive cut of beef and eat just an ounce of it. And for the record, I haven't found anything wrong with traditional breakfast (uppuma, puttu, dosa and what not). If you like the taste of oatmeal go for it, but once in a while.
And do not forget to do some exercise everyday. 30-40 minutes of walk, bicycling, swimming, playing some games; any thing will do.

May I know if H1 transfer has any affect on parent�s arrival during the transfer? I sponsored their visa using company A's employment letters and they have a valid visa. Do I need to get a letter from my new employer to avoid issues at POE? At the time of parent�s arrival, I would be working for company A, but by the time they return, I will be switching to company B and moving to a different city. My H1 transfer is already in process.
There should not be any issues with your parents arriving while your transfer is in progress since you'll be working with Company A at the time they enter the country.

I don't think OP can do that, because I140 does not belong to you, it belongs to the company.
correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the concept is you are asking for copies of documents that you have filed and since you have to attach a copy of 140 along with 485, you have the right to ask for a copy. but since OP has not yet filed 485 or more precisely, has not attached a copy of 140 approval for anything, he/she cannot ask for the same.
I have heard getting docs from USCIS under FOIA takes about a year or even longer(no experience though).
Please refer to the following thread. One member has already got it. There are many members who used this to get the approval notice.

Nope - it does not legally bind you though it hurts your credibility.
As per H1 rules he must have paid you all the months since you joined him. If he is not going to give you the pay stubs then it will be a problem for you when you apply for your GC. Ask him politely to pay what even he owes you and that too with paystubs. If he creates any problem then tell him that you are going to file a complaing with DOL and also since he will not give you the correct pay stubs that you will report to IRS and will use subsititute W2.

I am also in same boat, I was gathering information on the same and found different solutions.
1)To be on safer side you can transfer H1B and also invoke AC21 to the new employer, if the new employer is willing to support,
2)If H1B is not revoked by the old employer then Yes , you can work on EAD or H1B for the same old employer
3) since I140 is approved for more then 6 months, you are safe, he may not have options to revoke I140.
4)If you have validity of H1B stamping on your passport then no need of using AP as well to go in and out of country, even after using EAD.
