Corinne Bailey Rae covers Billboard

Corinne Bailey Rae has been MIA, understandably, since the death of her husband in 2008. But now the soulful songstress is making a comeback with the release of her sophomore album, "The Sea." The album will be in stores on January 26th, but you can get a sneak peak at Corinne's official website here. Also check out her new video "I'd Do It Again." I'm loving Corinne's longer hair by the way. The new hairstyle suits her to no end and her music sounds inspiring, though somewhat dark. I’m so happy for Corinne Bailey Rae, she’s had a great year and looks fabulous here. The aqua color of her dress really suits her complexion. LeToya Luckett made and appearance at the London based awards which is great because American stars don’t really flock to this particular award show, but support has been growing. Joy Bryant was present to honor the “Women In Hollywood” sponsored by Premiere magazine. This year they honored Cate Blanchett, Annette Bening, Sofia Coppola, Sally Field, and Evan Rachel Wood. And last but not least Vanessa Williams of Soul Food (the TV series) is looking the best I’ve seen her in a long time. LOVE THE HAIR!
