One guess why I like this dress!

Decent price, so dark/plain tho, but I guess you can't be THAT booby and flamboyant in other aspects at the same time.  Shipping kinda ruins it tho, what do you think?

T, 1/22/11:  I'm biased because my jcrew halter is EXACTLY like this, but maxi!  (Apparently that dress was featured on my sweet 16, glad to know that I have the taste of a spoiled, over indulgent tween, which is fitting.)   Got mine for under $20, I think, at an amazing sale.  Cute and easy to wear, what's not to love?  Prob wouldn't go much higher than the starting, though.
