Supposedly "purchased years ago at Neiman Marcus and never used". Do you think Botkier necessitates worries of fakes? I hate when they have a hidden reserve, makes me have no idea how to price it for myself. I really like the shape and style, but I have been trying so hard to branch out to diff colors for bags, and yet I end up getting more black ones! Shipping is so high, maybe max of $55 - $60? Shoulder straps not adjustable either, I hate when it's like that, altho it looks like there are rings where I can attach a longer strap? No zipper either, it's a magnetic closing, altho theres inner zipper compartment. Ugh iono...
T, 10/18/10: Sry, forgot to cmt on this one! Usually, I've found most posters/sellers are pretty honest. Read online that botkiers can be faked, but I can't tell. Bag seems like a good size, good cond, you can't really go wrong. Thought not having a zipper would bother me too (made a big deal about it to nyrmie when debating whether to purchase the Tod's), but she showed me most of her bags don't have zippers, and she was fine with it. I'm fine with it too now. I think this would look better as a shoulder bag rather than a sling one, though . . . so dunno about attaching a longer strap. No idea how high to go on this because of the reserve . . . $50-60ish sounds good, but dunno if it'd beat it.
A -- 10/21/10: Last bid was $86, reserve still not met. Jeez. My Ebay pricing is REALLY off. Isn't this supposed to be a recession?!
