This was what I wanted -- a silky shirt dress, long sleeved, belted (albeit, seller says s/he lost stock belt, but no biggie), flowy, and isn't too long. Joie stuff usually fits me TTS (true-to-size). I've grown to love the purple; I can stand to be more bold. Only prob is I don't like the balloon-y/batwing sleeves; they envelop me and make me look pinheaded. Sleeves prob bug me enough not to bid, so I won't request actual pics from seller, who only provides stock photo . . . but I love otherwise.
A -- 11/6/10: Love the color, love the slvs (you know I'm into bell/draped/any abnormally shaped sleeves right now). Not loving the collar (doesn't seem to go w/the rest of the dress shape) and draping (hard to tell if it is the belt that is throwing off the draping or if it's just the cut of the dress). Also, I may love the slvs, but I agree, it may overwhelm you. Good price tho!
